Cancellation and Refunds
INDIAN SPIKES SHOP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- We do not offer returns or replacements for sizes once the order is placed and confirmed within 24 hours.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained only after verification by the merchant.
- If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within 1-2 days of delivery.
- Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
- In case of any refunds approved by INDIAN SPIKES SHOP, it will take 6-10 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
